SC Amforça - Basketball Team

Since 14.9.2023, SC Amforça is registered as a sports club & association and it is situated in Scheveningen in The Hague (Den Haag). First project is to build a youth basketball team U12 to play Basketball competition. The home matches will be held on Sundays at Laan van Poot 22, The Hague if not communicated otherwise.

Basketball selection training

On Sundays between 13:00 and 15:00 there is selection training at Houtrust sports hall. (from 14:00-16:00 h until 11.2.24).

Teams

SC Amforça plans to build an U12 team, first. Girls and boys can both join. Other age groups are possible at later stage. Feel free to contact us if interested!

Who can join?

Everybody between 9 and 14 years can come to a trial session on Sunday since the long term plan is to set up several teams. Please contact us first, since the Sundays will be also our home match play time.

Regular training times

The regular training times of the Basketball Academy (regular rates for the Academy apply) the for all kids are Monday and Thursday from 15:50 to 17:00 h. The special selection training sessions for SC Amforça take place on the Sundays and eventually on an other day.

Membership

To be able to play competitions at the basketball team, the player needs to become a member of the SC Amforça association & club. There is a yearly fee for the membership and every child needs to buy a gear for the match days. Details will be published soon.
