Your privacy is important to us. Amforca Sports, Health and Lifestyle B.V. guarantees as far as possible the protection of the privacy of all visitors to the website, registration and booking systems. This means that we also require maximum efforts from our partners when monitoring personal data.

Below you can read which personal data we process, what we do with this personal data, within which legal framework this happens and what you can do if you have any questions.

The websites "www.amforca.com", "www.amforcakidsclub.com", "www.bodytecclub.eu", "www.swedishposture.eu" and the internet services linked thereto are made available to you by Amforca-Sports, Health and Lifestyle BV (hereinafter: Amforca), with its registered office in The Hague and registered in the register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 51956330.

Which (personal) data is processed?

Sports camps, after school activities, Bodytec Club, Fitness Club, group lessons (classes)

To register for a lesson or course related to the Fitness Club and/or the kids' activities no account is needed. The data is provided once and registered in an Amforca reservation system, among others with the help of external providers such as formdesk.nl or onlineafspraak.nl. When requesting a lesson, course, activities, camps, you will be asked to fill in certain information. This concerns your data such as your name, address, zip code, place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth and for the children's activities name, date of birth, T-shirt size, school, additional information such as allergies, use of medication and other that concern the child.

When registering for sports camps and after school activities at Amforca, you need to provide your details once. For our online reservation system, we work together with formdesk.nl, with whom we have a processing contract. Personal data which is not relevant to daily operations anymore will not be stored longer than suggested by the GDPR (general data protection regulation)

When registering for the Bodytec Club, an account is created via the server and the online software of onlineafspraken.nl.

You are obliged to fill in all information fields with an asterix (*) for all registrations.

For what purposes are your personal data processed?

Amforca processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • to be able to register for the right activity, lesson or other service;
  • to be able to communicate with you,
  • if you have given explicit permission for this, sending the Amforca newsletter.

How is personal data stored?

Amforca uses limited platforms and applications to store your data as safely as possible. For operational purposes Amforca uses platforms such as formdesk.nl, dropbox.com and kindplanner.nl. These platforms are all password protected and only accessible by Amforca's administration. Stored data is also not available to third parties. The data stored is saved as long as the individual is using Amforca's services. After deregistering from our services Amforca is saving your details for future communications. If you do not wish to receive any communication, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter and request to delete all your personal data via info@amforca.com email. Keep in mind that unsubscribed contacts are periodically deleted from our system with the personal data attached to it.

How is given personal data protected?

Amforca takes necessary technical and organizational measures to protect (your) personal data against loss or unlawful processing. Your contact details are not visible to other including registered persons, third parties nor cannot be found by search engines.

Can you create a profile as a minor?

Under sixteen years old must have permission from parents or guardian before creating an account. By accepting this Privacy Statement, minor guarantees that they are at least sixteen years old or have permission from parents or guardian to register data via one of our sites or registration links.

How can you change or delete your personal data?

To receive the newsletter, you can register via the website and unsubscribe via the newsletter. In extreme cases, the data can on the profile and associated with personal data can be removed (if applicable). To request the removal, please send an email to info@amforca.com.

Will your personal data be passed on?

Amforca will never sell or rent personal data to third parties without an individual's permission.

What about marketing?

Furthermore, you will only receive information after subscribing to Amforca newsletter. Newsletter is used mainly to communicate any changes or updates.
