Tennis (6-12 years)
Tennis lessons for young children who want to learn and gain the skills necessary to further continue their development as future tennis players.
Tennis lessons are suitable for beginners and intermediate levels, aged 6-12.
Tennis lessons are 2 times per week Wed. 13:20 - 14:30 and on Fr. 15:50 - 17:00.
The lessons are 70 minutes.
Lessons include feet mobility exercises by using ladders and other materials to create a challenging obstacle course, as well as tennis ball drills.
Specific lesson objectives
The main focus of the lessons is to build fundamental knowledge and skills in order to build base for a good game.
At the end of lessons, children will play tennis games to have fun while practising their skills.
Coaches Joel & Alejandro are there on Wednesdays and Fridays. Both have experience as tennis players and are currently studying in The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
