Bootcamp for children aims to improve social skills and physical skills such as self-confidence, teamwork, coordination, strength and balance.

For who?

Bootcamp lessons are suitable for kids from age 7 to 12 years old who are looking for new friends in a sportive environment that improves self-confidence and teamwork.


Lesson structure

Each lesson is 75 minutes long and starts with a warm-up. This can be anything from running to games, working as a team or boxing to release the emotions of the day.
The main part of the lessons can include a parkour trail, different ball games, fitness exercises, rope jumping and/or a mix of different sports.

During the lessons, all exercises are carried out by using their own body weight or light equipment.

Specific lesson objectives 

Bootcamp focuses following objectives:

  • Team-work/team building

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Self-confidence

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Conditioning

    At the end of the school year, children will have improved physical skills but also social skills that have been worked on during the lessons.


As a highlight, some of the Bootcamp sessions take place at different locations in The Hague. Whether it is the beach, outdoor gym areas or playgrounds - change of scenery is always fun for the kids.
