Amicale Amforça Sports Camp

On 25 August, finally after 5 years of not holding our successful sports camps at the EPO premises, we are happy to announce that there will be another sports camp in the week of 25 - 29 August and we celebrate this with a highlight: a one day field trip to Irrland.de, which is in Germany right across the boarder to The Netherlands. 

The week includes lunch and snacks such as fruit and muesli bars, many fun and sports activities and it includes the field trips. A sports gear or sporty clothes, indoor or sporty clean shoes & outdoor shoes, sunscreen, a hoodie and a wind/rain jacket are recommended. 

The children should take their own water bottles which they can refill during the day if needed. 

The programme for the sports camp will be as follows:

Monday
Arrival: 8:30 - 9:00 h – Pick-up and free supervised playtime from 16:00 - 17:00 h (both at the sports hall)

Various in-house activities at the EPO such as indoor hockey, basketball, football and many tag & fun games including lunch at the EPO canteen

Tuesday
Arrival: 8:45 - 9:00 h at the parking lot at the barriers to Tinbergenstraat (inside of the EPO premises). The bus will leave at 9:15 h latest – Pick-up and free supervised playtime from 16:00 - 17:00 (at the sports hall)

Field trip to Adventure City Climbing & Zip Park in Rotterdam including lunch in Rotterdam https://www.adventurecityrotterdam.nl . The children will return back at the EPO at around 15:30 h to play some games. FYI: The youngest children can play there as well. They will have an alternative to the climbing possibilities of the older children.

Wednesday

Arrival: 8:30 - 9:00 h – Pick-up and free supervised playtime from 16:00 - 17:00 h (both at the sports hall)

Special half day field trip by foot from the EPO: Scouting coordinated by a professional scout including searching and finding spots with a map and some building activities as a highlight in the park behind the EPO.

Thursday

Arrival: 8:00 h. The bus will leave at 8:15 h latest – Pick-up at 19:00 h or 19:30 h depending on the traffic

HIGHLIGHT: Field Trip to Irrland in Germany. Enjoying a fantastic outdoor playground area with many things to discover including lunch there.

Friday

Arrival: 8:30 - 9:00 h – Pick-up and free supervised playtime from 16:00 h (both at the sports hall)

Various in-house activities at the EPO such as indoor hockey, basketball, football and many tag & fun games including lunch at the EPO canteen.

The sports camp will end at 16:00 h with a little ceremony, where the parents can attend, and the children will receive a certificate.
