Terms, FAQ and consent form of the Amforca - Sports 

After School Club at the Houtrust location

By signing up for one of the Amforca - Sports after school activities, you agree with the following terms:

2. For our Amforca Kids Club location at Houtrust (Laan van Poot 22 and 38C), the following terms apply:

3. Once you have a place for an activity, you automatically keep this spot for the whole school year.

4. There is no guarantee to get a place for one of our activities. Once the activity is fully booked, there will be a waiting list.

5. A trial lesson is possible. Please contact us to make an appointment for a trial lesson.

6. Cancelation policy: It is possible to cancel the membership for an activity three times per year,

4 weeks before January, April or August.

Please send an email with your cancelation before 30.11. to cancel from January onwards.

Please send an email with your cancelation before 28.2. to cancel from April onwards.

Please send an email with your cancelation before 30.6. to cancel from the following school year onwards (September or end of August, depending on the holidays)

During the holidays there are no activities.

Since there are children from different schools participating, please check our schedule or contact us when you are not sure about the yearly schedule.

Consent form:

• I, the parent of the child named in the registration form, hereby give my permission for my child to take part in the after school activities offered by Amforca - Sports.
• I understand that there are potential risks associated with the activities and/or with the traveling to the external locations and I consent to my child's participation in all activities.
• I agree that in the event of an emergency injury or illness, the coordinators in charge of the activity may act on my behalf and at my expense in obtaining medical treatment for my child.
• I agree and understand that I am responsible for the actions of my child, and I release the organiser from all claims and liabilities that arise in connection with the activities, except if due to the negligence of the teacher(s)/trainer(s).

HOUTRUST SPORTS LOCATION:

• For the activities at the Houtrust sports location including the location of the football club facilities of SVV Scheveningen and the Houtrust sports halls, I give my permission that Amforca-Sports takes care of the transport of my child.
• European School: I give my permission for my child to walk together with the teacher(s)/trainer(s) to the Houtrust sports hall.

B) Nutsschool/DiSDH: I give my permission for my child to take a taxi/taxi bus from school to the Houtrust location.

• Pick-up from an Amforca - Sports after school activity at the Houtrust sports hall (Laan van Poot 22) is always at the Houtrust sports hall and not at school.

If this is not possible, please contact us to find solutions.

I confirm that I have read all terms and the consent form carefully.

By register my child to one or more Amforca-Sports after school activities I, parent of the child named in the registration form, accept the terms and I understand that I herewith accept and sign the consent form.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions:

What does my child need for the football academy?

Sports gear: long sports trousers, T-shirt, sweater or zipper, rain/wind jacket and football shoes (studs).

The children will be usually outside, so please adapt the clothing to the weather.
Rain/wind jacket and spare socks are always good to bring.

With warm weather shorts and a T-Shirt are allowed.

Tip: You can purchase our Amforca Kids Club gear and training clothes!

Please prepare your child a little extra snack at the day of the activity, which he/she can eat once school finishes.

What does my child need for indoor activities such as sports skills, Tennis, Cool Sports for Boys?

Sports gear: indoor shorts or long sports trousers, T-Shirt and indoor sports shoes with a non-marking sole.

Please prepare your child a little extra snack at the day of the activity, which he/she can eat once school finishes.

What does my child need for Kids Yoga?

Comfortable sports clothes.

Please prepare your child a little extra snack at the day of the activity, which he/she can eat once school finishes.

Pick-up for this activity will be at the Houtrust sports hall at Laan van Poot 22 directly.

What does my child need for artistic gymnastics for girls?

Sports gear: long sports trousers, T-Shirt and artistic gymnastics shoes if possible

What does my child need for Basketball?

Sports gear: indoor shorts or long sports trousers, T-Shirt and indoor sports shoes with a non-marking sole.

Pick-up for this activity will be at the Houtrust sports hall at Laan van Poot 22 directly.

Can my child have a trial lesson?

A trial lesson is not possible in the beginning of a term. It is possible to request a trial lesson once a term is up and running. This child can be then registered for the following term, just when signing up within the official registration period or when there is a place available.

Can I always sign up?

You can always sign up as long as there is a place available.

Can I cancel my registration after signing up my child?

Once signed up, you receive an invoice for a around three months (usually 8-13 lessons). A cancelation is not possible. You cannot be refunded.

How is the procedure for the co-operation with the daycares?

When your child is signed up through a daycare, which is our co-operation partner, the daycare will take care of the pick-up procedure to and from the our after school club location. Please do not hesitate to ask the daycare regarding this procedure. Amforca-Sports is responsible during the lessons for the children of the daycares. Before and after the lessons, the daycares themselves are responsible for the children.

What can I do if an activity is fully booked?

You can send an email to asa@amforca.comwith the request to put your child on the waiting list. If a place comes available, Amforca-Sports will inform you about that.

Where is the Houtrust sports hall and where do I pick up my child from the Houtrust sports hall activities?

You can park your car at Laan van Poot 18 and walk at the little path between the squash club and the tennis courts towards the football fields. In about 30 metres you will find the Houtrust sports hall on the left side.

Pick-up for these activities will be always at the Houtrust sports hall at Laan van Poot 22 directly.

Where is the outdoor football/soccer field and where do I pick up my child after the football academy?

You can park your car at Laan van Poot 18 and walk at the little path between the squash club and the tennis courts towards the football fields. In about 100 metres you will find the football field of SVV Scheveningen.

Pick-up for these activities will be always at the football club at Laan van Poot 38-C directly.
